More… During City Council Meetings, the City Council will receive comments from citizens of Edmond (resident or non-resident) who wish to provide information and share their views regarding City related matters that are not on the council agenda or scheduled for a public hearing. Please register to speak during Citizen Comments by filling out this form no later than 3:00 PM on the day of the council meeting you wish to speak on. If you have any handouts you would like to provide to council members, please email them to jane.robertson@edmondok.gov or turn them into the Citizen Comments podium in the lobby of the City Council Chambers before the start of the meeting.
