1. Where do I get a permit to hold a garage sale?

If you are an Edmond Utility customer and live within the corporate city limits, no permit is required for a garage sale in Edmond, however, you should charge state and local sales tax on all sales. Contact the Oklahoma Tax Commission for the appropriate form to remit the tax.

2. Where do I go to pay a traffic ticket?

Pay traffic tickets at the Municipal Court, located on the northeast corner of First Street and Littler Avenue: 101 E. First St.

You may apply for these and other permits at the Building and Fire Code Services Department, located in the Planning & Public Works Building at 10 S. Littler Ave.

4. Where do I apply for a passport?

You may apply for a passport at the Oklahoma County Clerk Office located inside the Downtown Community Center at 28 E. Main Street.

5. Where do I take my driver’s license test?

All driver's license tests can be taken at the Department of Public Safety located at the Downtown Community Center at 28 E. Main.
