1. What do I do if there is a sewage backup / overflow outside the residence?

Please contact Public Works at (405) 216-7770 right away. After 5:00 p.m., your call will be redirected to Dispatch, and Field Services will investigate immediately.

2. What do I do if there is a water line leak in front of my home?

You can report a leak at your meter location by calling Public Works at (405) 216-7770. Our Field Services Department staff will investigate and report the results to you. If the water leak is in the meter or the city's connections, the city will repair the leak at no cost to you. However, please note that if the water leak is in your connection to the city service, you will need to contact a plumber for the repair.

3. Whom do I call if there is a traffic signal light that is not working?

To report traffic a signal light that is blinking or an outage, please contact Public Works at (405) 216-7770.
