1. Where do I get a permit to hold a garage sale?

If you are an Edmond Utility customer and live within the corporate city limits, no permit is required for a garage sale in Edmond, however, you should charge state and local sales tax on all sales. Contact the Oklahoma Tax Commission for the appropriate form to remit the tax.

2. Where do I go to pay a traffic ticket?

Pay traffic tickets at the Municipal Court, located on the northeast corner of First Street and Littler Avenue: 101 E. First St.

4. Where do I apply for a passport?

This service is provided by the Oklahoma County Court Clerk's satellite office and not the City of Edmond. You may apply for a passport at the Oklahoma County Clerk's Office located at 7 N. Broadway.

5. Where do I take my driver’s license test?

This service is provided by the state and not the City of Edmond. All driver's license tests can be taken at the Service Oklahoma Licensing Office located at 7 N. Broadway.
