Sooner Road, between Coffee Creek Road and Covell Road, will see intermittent lane closures beginning Aug. 8 while permanent paving repairs are made.

This is a partial closure of that section of Sooner Road. Single lanes will be closed during the project, with flag men used to help control traffic. Work is expected to be completed in a week, with cooperative weather.

Motorists are encouraged to find an alternate route if possible. Access to homes and businesses along the roadway will remain available during this work.
