 NOTICES:

INDEPENDENCE DAY 2022 SPECIAL BUS ROUTES for LibertyFest Parade:

To make it easier for residents to get to and from the LibertyFest Parade on Monday, July 4th, 2022, Citylink will be running special bus routes to enable you to park away from downtown and still attend the parade. We will be running three routes based upon our Routes 1-3 starting at 7:45 am, continuing during the time of the parade and for an hour and a half after it is finished (approx. 1:15pm) or until everyone has been returned to their vehicle.

All three routes will begin at in the parking lots of Walmart, Crest and Target (in the rear of their parking lots away from the store entrance(s)) and will drop off in downtown Edmond west of Broadway on 3rd Street. These routes will run continuous loops to facilitate parking at the major retailers and schools and getting to and from the downtown area.

AT 7:30 AM WE WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL LARGE BUSES LEAVING EACH OF THESE LOCATIONS THAT WILL BRING PARADE ATTENDEES INTO DOWNTOWN EDMOND.

  • Route 1 will leave Walmart and travel Danforth to Boulevard, south to Blanch, west to Broadway, north to Danforth, south on Fretz to 2nd Street and turn off onto 3rd St. and drop off by the small parking lot across from the Citylink offices just west of Broadway. The bus will duplicate this route in reverse going back out to Walmart.
  • Route 2 will leave Crest, turn north on Fretz, east on 2nd and turn off onto 3rd St . and drop off by the small parking lot across from the Citylink offices just west of Broadway. The bus will duplicate this route in reverse going back out to Crest.
  • Route 3 will leave Target, travel down Bryant to 15th St, turn west to Broadway, then north to 3rd St and drop off by the small parking lot across from the Citylink offices just west of Broadway. The bus will duplicate this route in reverse going back out to Target.
