Single Family Dwelling Sewer Capacity Fees
The cost for connection to the City’s sanitary sewer system shall be determined as follows:
5/8” Water Meter            $1027 per dwelling unit
1” Water Meter                $1027 per dwelling unit
Single Family Attached and Mobile Home with 5/8” Meter $830 per dwelling unit
Multi-family and all other residential $654 per dwelling unit

Single Family Dwelling Water Capacity Fees
The cost for connection to the city’s water supply shall be determined as follows:
5/8” Water Meter            $1106 per dwelling unit
1” Water Meter                $2177 per dwelling unit
Single Family Attached and Mobile Home with 5/8” Meter $1106
Multi-family and all other residential Fee based on meter size
Re-Inspection Fees

Safe Rooms / Storm Shelters

All safe rooms/storm shelters, located within the City limits of Edmond, are required to be permitted. There is a $35 fee plus an additional $4.25 state fee associated with this permit.
