On Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022, Edmond residents will have the opportunity to visit the polls and vote to approve or deny Referendum 02-21 (Ordinance No. 3832), a proposal that certain property generally located north of Memorial Road and west of the West I-35 Frontage Road be rezoned from A Single-Family Dwelling District and E-1 Retail General Commercial to PUD Planned Unit Development which will contain two variances and (301) multi-family apartments.

A YES vote is a vote in favor of this ordinance and the rezoning.
A NO vote is a vote against this ordinance and the rezoning.
How do I Vote?
The deadline to register to vote in Edmond for the Nov. 8, 2022 election is Oct. 14, 2022. Voter registration forms must be turned in physically to the County Election Board office or stamped by a tag agency by this date. If mailed, it must be postmarked before midnight on this date.
The deadline for Absentee/By Mail Voting for the Nov. 8, 2022 election is Oct. 14, 2022. The absentee voting application must be physically received in the County Election Board office by this date by 5 p.m. Ballots must be returned by mail and must be received by the County Election Board no later than 7 p.m. on the day of the election. A postmark prior to that time will not suffice, the ballots themselves must be in the hands of the County Election Board by 7 p.m. A ballot cannot be hand-delivered.
The early voting period for the Nov. 8, 2022 election is Nov. 2-5, 2022. Voters may vote early from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Oklahoma County Election Board Office located at 4201 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City OK 73105.
