About the Commission

The purpose of this commission is to administer the provisions of Chapter 2.94 of the Edmond Municipal code ("Art in Public Places"). chapter 2.94: To provide a means for the selection, display, and maintenance of art for the City of Edmond's collection and to acquire, by purchase or donation, works of art for the City's collection.

Art in Public Places Tour

Ages 18 and up - $15 per person (includes lunch)

Join us for a guided tour to learn the story behind the public art that makes Edmond the beautiful city it is.

This tour includes both driving and walking. The walking portion will cover most of Downtown from 1st Street to Hurd and back; lunch will be provided by The Mule after the walking portion of the tour. Transportation during the driving portion of the tour will be provided by the Edmond Parks and Recreation Department.

Two-hour guided walking tours of Downtown as well as private group tours are available upon request.
