About the Commission

The 12-member Edmond Mobility Commission has five primary responsibilities.

  1. Advising the Mayor and City Council on projects and policies that impact the safety of the city’s mobility network,
  2. Making recommendations regarding public transportation, such as Citylink and RTA,
  3. Providing feedback on mobility project prioritization and design,
  4. Making recommendations on policies related to mobility, and
  5. Helping ensure the City’s Long-Range Multimodal Mobility Plan, EdmondShift, is kept up-to-date,

Additionally, the Edmond Mobility Commission may be asked to advise the Mayor and City Council on mobility-related topics in accordance with City Council’s Strategic Plan.
